T&M CREATIVE, s. r. o., the expert partner of TOP GASTRO and organizer INCHEBA PRAHA, spol. s r.o., are inviting the owners and keepers of restaurants, wine bars, bars and canteens, as well as cooks and other industry professionals for a presentation of functional gastronomy concepts.
The presentation in the form of a restaurant with service will show concepts that will ensure a high quality, efficiency, cost savings and profitability increase of your business. As part of the specialized programme, you will be offered a three-course degustation menu as well as tasting of soft drinks, beer and wine.
The program, tasting and refreshments, including drinks, are free of charge for registered participants.
The number of places in the restaurant is limited; advance reservations will be given preference.

- Cafe concept – gastronomy concept – experience gastronomy Case studies, recipes from prominent cooks, cookery demonstrations and hands-on cooking. Monitoring the economy of restaurant operations using the cash-desk and warehouse management systems.
Degustation of the recipes and beverages presented.

CZECH SPECIALS – a regional cuisine project
The aim of the project is to increase the attractiveness of possible tourist destinations and to introduce the regions of our country both to foreign and Czech tourists through culinary specialities. The “Czech Specials” brand has been created as a designation intended for restaurants and hotel establishments that join this project and offer not only roast sirloin in cream sauce, which is the most-popular Czech national meal, but also various regional specialities. The participating restaurants receive marketing support as part of the project.

CZECH CARVING STUDIO - KP E60
Thursday, 4 February – Sunday 7, February
Presentation of the art of fruit and vegetable carving.
Participation in the “MAGIC APPLE” project whose proceeds are donated to the Drop of Hope charity fund.
This charitable project is intended particularly for the participants of carving courses, especially students, who present their skills of apple carving during public events.
These apples are then packed in decorative bags and sold for CZK 30.
The goal is not only to raise funds but to provide an opportunity for students to gain practical experience, try out the sale of their own products and present themselves to the public.
The author of the project and its guarantor is Luděk Procházka and CZECH CARVING STUDIO s.r.o.
TOP GASTRO – TOP CAFÉ 2010: KRIZIK´S PAVILION C
The pavilion is composed of three parts:
- 1 – Exhibitors’ stands KP C1 – C33
- 2 – Cafe/bar: Record cup – bar. The proceeds from the sale of coffee drinks that will be offered at a voluntary amount of money (min. CZK 25) will be again donated to the Safety Line Association. KP C28
