Bidvest Gourmet Team Challenge 2014


The Bidvest Gourmet Team Challenge 2014 for the Cup of the President of the Czech Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs will take place February 20-23, 2014. This national competition is open to teams from hotels, restaurants, cooking schools, catering companies and companies operating public as well as private cafeterias. This competition will take place as a part of the GASTRO TOUR 2014 festival at the Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice, Křižík’s Pavilion B.

Culinary Academy Restaurant

The Culinary Academy’s showcase graduate restaurant, which has its own culinary studio, will introduce its chefs and restaurants to the festival’s visitors through its menu. The restaurant will also serve as a meeting place for graduates and lecturers of the Culinary Academy. A decoration ceremony for lecturers of the Culinary Academy will take place on Gastro Tour’s main stage, along with an independent exhibition presenting the graduates.
